Kacey Kregel

Kacey began training in Krav Maga 10+ years ago, where she currently holds a 1st degree black belt. She had the pleasure of teaching Krav Maga youth classes, as well as teaching traditional kickboxing to men and women of all ages.

Kacey has been happily married for 23 years to her supportive husband, Steve.  She and her husband have four kids, whom they are very proud of; all of which trained in martial arts for several years.

Kacey spent countless hours training in self defense, and believes it would be a waste of her knowledge and talents not to share her experience with others. She believes there is no better peace of mind than knowing how to protect yourself.  Kacey truly cares about others, and is happy to share her experience with anyone who believes their safety, and the safety of their love ones is first and foremost.

"There is no option. Never stop fighting, never give up!"

Andrea Gorelik

"Andi" is a certified personal trainer, and kickboxing instructor. She has spent the last 10 years kickboxing and training in Krav Maga. Besides giving birth to her 2 beautiful children, her proudest moment was finishing (and rocking!!) the San Diego Rock-n-Roll Marathon. She is committed to helping others reach their own goals, and be their personal best.

Andi lives with her husband of 18 years, and two crazy, wonderful (in that order) kids. She has spent the past 18 years in playgroups, parks and classrooms being the best mom she knows how to be, but her passion is kickboxing! "There's nothing like the feeling of nailing the perfect elbow, and hearing the 'pop' that comes with the perfect round house." Those who know her best would use adjectives like, bubbly and upbeat to describe her, but she's really just a down-to-earth, tell-it-like-it-is girl who values family and friends above all else.

Andi's philosophy on self defense is, taking personal responsibility for one's own safety.  "Waiting for someone to rescue you is not an option- be your own hero. Believe me, if this girl can do it, you can too!!!"
"Courage is not the absence of fear. Being courageous means being afraid, and doing it anyway."
